Who knew you'd fine corn in baking powder? It's everywhere..ahh!! Here's a recipe to make your own if you don't want to drop $6/can for the "Featherweight" variety. I have also found some made with potato starch in bulk food sections...check your local store!
Makes about 2 cups
2/3 cup potato/arrowroot/tapioca starch
2/3 cup cream of tarter
1/3 cup aluminum free baking soda
Mix together and store in an airtight container.
