Allergy Free Wednesdays #7

March 7-11th, 2012

Hello and welcome to Allergy-Free Wednesdays (AFW).  AFW is a weekly blog hop where folks can share their allergy-free cuisine, gain knowledge about allergy-related topics/issues, and connect with others living or caring for someone with food allergies.

Visit previous AFW linky parties for even more delicious ideas!

Your weekly submissions will be shared on 6 blogs!  Additionally, each hostess will feature a favorite recipe(s) from the week before.  Please visit each blog to see their features!  Your hostesses:

Please read here for the rules and guidelines of our hop, as well as links to all previous parties!  2 WEEKLY SUBMISSIONS MAX PLEASE.

Until our cool visual key is done, here is a key for labeling your recipes:

GF = Gluten Free
DF = Dairy Free
SF = Refined Sugar Free
V = Vegan

I am on a major smoothie kick, got any recipes to throw my way? I will be looking for some to feature!

Reader favorites (you guys had a sweet tooth last week!):
Deep Dish Cookie Pie @ G-Free Wifey

My picks:
Tropical Oatmeal @ The Veggie Nook. I am imagining luscious little bites of perfectly ripe manila mango with the coconut....maybe some lime zest..this is an oatmeal with STYLE!

Potato Croquettes@ My Sweet & Savory.  Ever since my one and only trip to Europe, and Belgium...I have had a soft spot in my heart for croquettes as this was the first time I had ever had them.  Can't wait to make these and see if the memories come flooding back....

Grain Free Brownies@ Cooking Gluten & Dairy Free.  I am eager to try some brownie recipes, and the ingredient list looks RIGHT in my park!  Yum!
Paleo Meyer Lemon Dreamcake@ Fresh 4 Five.  Ever time I see this picture, my mouth waters.  Danielle's ingredients are so darn creative, and this lemon cheesecake looks so amazing!

  1. Thanks for selection my croquettes. Do try them. They were so nice and crisp on the outside and creamy on the inside.

  2. Sharing my meringue cookies and grain-free rolls this week! I had a hard time deciding which recipes to share!

    I have a favorite shake that is almond milk, raw cacao, peanut butter, frozen bananas, and flax. Drink it a couple times a week because it tastes like a chocolate milk shake! http://www.againstallgrain.com/2011/10/31/peanut-butter-banana-shake/
