Hi Tessa - I came over to link up my g-free, vegan glazed choc donuts after I read your comment - but I keep getting an error when trying to link (I tried 4 times...). I'll try again later.

I posted a family tradition :) For those who dont know Pierogies are a potatoe dumpling. The process if your using regular flour is an all day. But with GF flour it is a quick easy meal. Thanks Tessa for telling me about this blog hop :)
ReplyDeleteHi,
ReplyDeleteI shared a recipe for grain-free, pan fried wild flounder, and simple raspberry jam made with three ingredients!
I linked up my latest attempt at GF biscuits - they were good, but I am still trying to perfect the recipe :) Hopefully some of the readers will have some suggestions for me and we will be able to come up with a GF fluffy biscuit that tastes just like the real southern thing!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for the invite...I brought my blue corn tortillas w/ chile-bathed pork :D

ReplyDeleteI just found your blog and I have to say THANK YOU SO MUCH! Being a vegan who is also gluten-intolerant, I have been struggling to find recipes that meet both those requirement that also use healthful flours. Your tab on the different flours and baking tips has been so useful in helping me understand how to use all the different flours. You have inspired me to get back in the kitchen :)

Love this! Thanks so much for hosting. I've added a cheese sauce that we like to use here since we can't buy premade with our gluten and dairy problems. We use almond milk and dairy free butter, plus gluten free flours.
ReplyDelete@Gabby...I can help anytime...I know how challenging baking can be vegan and gluten free! Contact me anytime for help!
