Allergy Free Wednesdays #3

February 1-5, 2012

Hello and welcome to Allergy-Free Wednesdays (AFW).  AFW is a weekly blog hop where folks can share their allergy-free cuisine, gain knowledge about allergy-related topics/issues, and connect with others living or caring for someone with food allergies.

This is a weekly blog hop hosted by myself and 4 other fabulous allergy-free bloggers.  Your weekly submissions will be shared on all 5 blogs!  Each week, we will each feature a favorite recipe(s) from the week before.  Sometimes there is simply too much goodness to pick only one!  Please visit each blog to see their favorites!

My picks from last week:

Top three reader favorites:
  1. Quinoa Flatbread Pizza @Hobby & More
  2. Our Family's Battle w/ Eczema @It's An Itchy Little World
  3. Easy Cheesy Kid's Favorite Mac and Cheese @ Maple Hill 101

What can I link-up on AFW?

  2. I posted a family tradition :) For those who dont know Pierogies are a potatoe dumpling. The process if your using regular flour is an all day. But with GF flour it is a quick easy meal. Thanks Tessa for telling me about this blog hop :)

  8. I just found your blog and I have to say THANK YOU SO MUCH! Being a vegan who is also gluten-intolerant, I have been struggling to find recipes that meet both those requirement that also use healthful flours. Your tab on the different flours and baking tips has been so useful in helping me understand how to use all the different flours. You have inspired me to get back in the kitchen :)

  9. Love this! Thanks so much for hosting. I've added a cheese sauce that we like to use here since we can't buy premade with our gluten and dairy problems. We use almond milk and dairy free butter, plus gluten free flours.
