Sesame-Broccoli Rice

A fun way to jazz up your usual rice, goes really well with Asian-inspired dishes, and includes the evening's veg to boot!  Goes well with Char Sui Pork!

1 cup long grain rice
1 1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
2-3 cups broccoli, finely chopped
2 scallions thinly sliced
2 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
1-2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil

Bring the rice, water and salt to boil.  Cover and reduce heat to simmer.  After 10 minutes, add the broccoli and re-cover for 5 minutes until crisp tender.  Stir in remaining ingredients.
